Payment Confirmation and Refund Policy

Once the payment has been made, you will receive confirmation via email within 24 hours of receipt.
When signing up for each tournament there is a specific date given as ‘Withdrawal deadline’ usually
but not always 48 hours before the event starts. Cancelling your entry before the deadline will
always result in a full refund.

Refunds will be done only through original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45
days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Cancellation for ANY reason after the withdrawal deadline will not receive any refunds.
